Many times people are forced to buy sub-standard agricultural products and at other times, they have to buy
imported rice and fish products which are usually expensive. Establishing a rice farming industry through the KAAMU Ventures( a subsidiary of the NAKLA COMPANY LIMITED) in
Awka Community will help to meet the urgent needs of the
people of Awka and environs. This will
in turn help us to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals of eradicating poverty and hunger in our community,our nation and in
Africa. It furthermore helps to create employment for many youths in the
community.
